Sharing your data

This portal meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 which is an EU Regulation on data protection and privacy in the European Union and the European Economic Area. It also meets WHO data protection standards available here. No information will be made available to any organization other than WHO without your permission. Each time you use a new tool you will be asked to confirm, or have the option to change, your data privacy settings between the following two options:

I accept to share my assessment results with WHO according to WHO's policy on the use and sharing of data collected by WHO in Member States outside the context of public health emergencies

I decline to share with WHO data I enter in using the assessment tool.

For those completing the WHO Assessment Tool for the minimum requirements at primary, secondary or tertiary care levels, either as part of the WHO 2023 global survey, or if completing the tool independently, please indicate by selecting one of the two options below, whether you agree or not for the technical data that you enter to be shared with the national IPC focal point who is coordinating the survey in your country/region. Regarding the demographic data, only the name of the facility will be shared, other identifier variables (e.g. name, role, job title, training, experience) will not be shared with the national IPC focal point.
